It has been a difficult almost three months for everyone since the threat of the Corona Virus – COVID-19 virus turned our world upside down and we hope you and your family have been keeping safe and healthy.
We have all had to take necessary precautions to keep ourselves and others safe to reduce the risk of spread and to minimize the risk to all, while we all hold our breath, wondering and waiting when things will go back to normal.
While the Ontario government has just begun to slowly ease and lift the restriction bans, as of Tuesday, May 19th, our painting business has been one of the ones that was given the green light to re-open and of course while we are happy to be able to once again be of service, we are however proceeding with caution as the times and situations are still so very uncertain.
Due to the continued uncertainty of the threat and spread of the virus, we have had to make changes on how we proceed on re-opening our painting company in Ottawa over the next few months as we want to ensure that the safety of your family and ours is always top priority.
The following are the changes we have had to make to ensure the safety of everyone.
Interior Painting Services in Ottawa
To minimize all risk of any spread of the virus and to ensure your safety and health as well as ours we are suspending all in-home consultations for estimates as well as all interior painting until further notice.
If you had a previously scheduled project that came to a halt because of Covid-19, we will advise you once it is safer for all of us to be in the same home together.
Exterior Painting Services In Ottawa
As we slowly begin to ease into the re-opening of our business, we will commence with our already scheduled exterior painting projects as this does not require any contact as well as making the social distancing measures easier to practice.
We are no longer scheduling appointments for exterior painting as the calendar for 2020 is now fully booked.
Stay Safe and Healthy
While we your Ottawa painters await anxiously for the return to normal activities, and are reminded that nothing will be normal as it was again, yet we assure you that we will continue to do our best to adapt to what will be a new normal for everyone.
We understand that the disappointment may be great for all of us as you may have been looking forward to updating the look of your home and we were looking forward to being able to provide our painting services however we want to ensure everyone’s safety by continuing to take the necessary precautions to minimize the spread and the risk to all.
As we all continue to do our part to help flatten the curve in our city and remain hopeful that things stay on the positive side of restarting again, we want to thank you for your continued effort in helping to minimize the spread and for your continued understanding and support.
We want to take this opportunity to say how grateful we all are to all our front-line responders, for every thing they have done and continue to do to keep us safe and healthy.
We also want to thank the City of Ottawa, the Ottawa Public Health and Ontario Public Health and Medical Organizations, and the Ontario Provincial Government and the Government of Canada for ensuring everyone’s safety with timely bulletins, daily updates and guidance.
